Hello,

i run Win XP SP 2 on my System. Since some months i have a problem with AC. When i try to install the AC 11 version the programm says its not possible to install cause Java is not correct installed or its not the current Java Version running on the PC.

I already did try nearly everything to solve the problem. Java is correct installed. All other programms are working.

The same problem apears when i try to install AC 9 or AC 10. The only Version i can install on the System is AC 8.5.

I also did format all my disk and made everything new. But the problem was not solved.

I run: Core2Duo, 2 GB RAM, Gainward 8600GT

Does someone has an idea what´s the problem and how i can solve it?

Best thanks.

Thx for that links, but there is no answer for the problem. I did try already all the things written there. maybe its a problem of win xp? I have no idea what else to do. Its possible to install Archicad 8 Version without failure. But any later version ... so 9, 10, 11 is not able to install.
