Small format printing on HP LaserJet 5000N

Hi! We're two months new to ArchiCAD and are working out the issues of transition. We're having a lot of problems printing (can't plot due to tracking software) to our small format printer - HP LaserJet 5000N. A lot of the lines just don't show up. I'm wondering if the printer can't handle the detail (though it handled it fine with AutoCAD 14). Does anyone have any ideas?

You may have some of your pens set to zero line weight which will print at the finest resolution of the printer. On the 5000 this would produce a line that is only 1/1200th of an inch (nearly invisible).
