      <description>Works o.k. here. Can you be more specific about what is happening / &lt;I&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;S&gt;&lt;I&gt;&lt;I&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/S&gt;not&lt;E&gt;&lt;/E&gt; happening? (I'm thinking for others, I will be no help with this, I promise).</description>

Like I said, nothing happens.  It's as Dwight said; "light's are on, but nobody's home".  Select the command, and nothing.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Is there some setting that disables this feature?  Does the Windows Firewall disable it?</description>

It is possible, but in that case you should get a warning. Check your firewall settings and allow access for Graphisoft sites. They are safe, AFAIK.</description>

it should launch your default browser and connect to here:&lt;BR /&gt;

Turn to IE for the automatic Graphisoft stuff ... Safari on the Mac OS.</description>
