However, after installing 10 on our office machine, things got strange. AC10 works fine, but when trying to open a Word document it takes one to two minutes. The document opens normally if I open MS Word first, then open the file. But, if I try to open the file by double-clicking the Word file, it takes forever to open. This happens with Word files only. Any ideas why this is happening?
