You should have received an upgrade CD free. AT least that was done here for the my students.

Can I dowload the update if yes please send me the link, or please let me know that from where can i get the update cd,or can i use ArchiCAD 8.1 edu cd directly,wheather it will identify the ArchiCAD 8.0 edu lock

Ashok,

You cannot download the update; you should contact your reseller or directly Graphisoft if there is no reseller near you. The company you got the 8.0 from should give you the upgrade.

Anyway - 8.1 is no longer available AFAIK, so you can enjoy 9 ...
