Blank section/elevation names in Navigator

We are having a problen, in which elevations/sections created in a teamwork project seem to lose their names & numbers in the Navigator after the user sends/receives.

The bigger concern is that after the first send/receive, the users cannot do so again. Their send/receive process makes it almost all the way through, then Archicad crashes.

Has anyone else had this before? (Archicad 8.1 V2, Mac OS10.3.5)

is this somethng that has happend since upgrading to 10.3.5?

We've only seen it since installing the V2 service pack.
