Thanks for the help, Matthew... I was able to get the IFC 01 stamp to work, but none of the others would produce results, including the Zone Identifiers SE9. I am hooked up with the GBS energy link and I wonder if it has interferred in some way?

<T>Somehow when working in AC9, the zone stamp tool does not calculate areas. I can do a NEW and RESET and get it back, but when I then open my current building project, again the tool does not display areas. I suppose I could export the current project in a series of modules, but I wonder if anyone knows a fix?</T>

This is probably a problem with the particular zone stamp you are using. Try another to see of the problem persists (the settings are usually found at <S></S>Options > Attribute Settings > Zone Categories<E></E> depending on the work environment).

The zone stamps are library parts and depend on the the quality of the scripts to work properly. There are also at least two ways to call the zone area in the script; gross area is recalculated on the fly as the zone is stretched, but the net area requires the <S></S>Update Zones<E></E> command.
