SUMMARY
When using skewed grid the snap grid is offset by a small amount when skewed grids origin is not in 0; 0

If anyone can reproduce, this is a bug.

REPRODUCED
Try this:
- Create a new drawing / project (new and reset)
- Set Construction main grid to 100; 100
- Set Snap grid to 25; 25
- Set Skew grid origin to 0; 0 and angle to 45
Now
- Draw a polygon 100x100 at 45 degrees using Construction grid
- Draw a new polygon (over the previous one) 100x100 at 45 degrees using Snap grid
- Polygons will align.
Then
- Set Skew grid origin to 1000;1000 and angle to 45
- Draw a polygon 100x100 at 45 degrees using Construction grid
- Draw a new polygon (over the previous one) 100x100 at 45 degrees using Snap grid
- Polygons will not align ... => bug / error
