topic Word document limitation in Installation & update

<T>I am using MS WORD for keynote list and imported into the drawing(layout). However it seems to me that the size of word is limited up to legal size and I am not able to see all notes on word documents if I use custom size. Please advise if anyone know how to adjust or resolve this.

Also what is the best way or easy way to add keynote list on the drawings</T>
