archicad 9 crashes when printing

hi, ive had serious problems when ive tried to print my files... it crashes and close when i do it.... then a bug warning window appears.... the bug id is 2005-06-15-05-24-00-5471
please help me.. im a new user, it doesnt have any patches, and i dont know where to download them...

for patches and updates use your help menu: Help>Check for Updates... (archiCAD 9 only!)

were you online when you had the crash? the bug reporter should have automatically sent the number to graphisoft. you should contact your local dealer with the number to ask for advice as well.

i take it you are using archiCAD 9? it would be very handy to know whether you are using a mac or pc and your archiCAD version and build number (found in the 'About ArchiCAD' screen). are you trying to print from archiCAD? plotmaker? are you using the publisher or the 'Print...' command? etc . . .

yes, i use archicad 9, 1812 int full... yes i was online whenever i tried to print, im always online, the number of the bug was 2005-06-15-05-24-00-5471. i also use a pc with win xp sp2. i tried to print from archicad, not with plotmaker, and using the print command....

i take it you can print OK from all of your other programs?

firstly you may want to update to the latest archiCAD patches using the 'Check for Updates...' command in the 'Help' menu.

i don't use a PC/windows so am probably not able to help you much more than this. i'm sure that somebody else here will be able to give you more information.

a screenshot of your print settings could be handy . . .
