Archicad 10 3d view crash in XP

Hello,
i have a problem when i open the archicad 10 in a 3d view.I have just insallated Archicad 10. When i open it the 3d view, archicad crash.I have a new computer,3800 athlon XP.On the old one,it was working.I dont know the problem.Can somebody please help me?

its me again.Can nobody help me??

The program is working bu twhen i click on the 3d view, Archicad closes en you get a bug report.I think it has to do something with my screen.i am 99% sure.can somebody help me?/please??

XGear Verso
Msi K9VGM-V Socket am2(fsb 2000)
Processor:Amd Athlon 3800+ 64 bit
512 mb DDR2 PC5300(667 mhz)
Ati Radeon X300 Pci express 128 mb

2 days ago i buy this system.When i start Archicad 10 its works good.i can do everything with it.Only when i open a 3d window or i want to see the object in 3d,the program shuts and its gifs a bug report.thats it.so i cant look in 3d.

it trackts the attention, when i uninstall the program for the screen, the 3d application of archicad works.but i need this screenprogram, so that the screen doesnt shake.it is a procedure at the beginning of the installation of a new computer(drivers utylities).

So, i hope somebody can help me with this problem.i do not want that bug reporter any more so that i can work with the 3d window.

i hope that i am understandable enough.

Let me interject:

You have a very weak computer for Archicad.

Not only are you flying with a minimum RAM - 512 Mb (should be 2Gb), but your video card at 128 Mb is minimal for the OpenGL 3D rendering function.

Can you render 3d with the Internal Engine? If you make the 3D window tiny and turn off all OpenGL features, will it work?

No report exists on the compatibility of your card with Archicad, but some users report trouble synchronizing the 2d clock speed with the 3D clock speed, so this could be a simple adjustment of the settings.

Hello Dwight,

it doesnt work.when i get in a 3d window or render in 3d, its shutsdown the archicadprogram and gives a bug reporter.my older computer,athlon 1100 with 384 ram works on it.well not so fast but the 3d application you can see.and the videocard of the new computer is maximum to 512.i tried but didnt work.
