Last fall I placed an order with Objects Online (see below). I downloaded a ZIP file which I thought contained the actual product. &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
When I finally got around to expanding the ZIP file, I found it contained only instructions on how to register and download the part from CADImage. By the time I got around to visiting CADImage, the window of opportunity for downloading the product had passed, and I was unable to obtain what I had paid for.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Since then, multiple pleas for assistance from &lt;A href="mailto: support@objectsonline.com"&gt;support@objectsonline.com&lt;/A&gt; have been ignored - I've received no response. You are my last hope for ever seeing anything for the $75 I spent.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
How can I obtain this product? I've included the order info below for reference.&lt;BR /&gt;

Yeah, responding to email seems not to be their thing.  That's been my experience as well. This, combined with the fact that you never really know the details of what you're buying, makes purchases there very risky.  My success rate with library parts at OO is about 50%.  As a result I avoid large purchases with them. Sigh....</description>

I was contacted privately by a rep from Cadimage, who made sure I was finally able to download the product.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
I can only attribute the lack of response from the companies involved to the inevitable Holiday madness.&lt;BR /&gt;
