Help, Archicad 11 keeps crashing!

My archicad 11 just keeps crashing on my computer in 5 minutes right after it starts. Can anyone here give me an idea or even a hint about how to fix it

My computer configuration as listed:
P4 (3.00GHz);2G RAM; NVIDIA GF FX 5500(256M); WINDOWS XP SP2

Make sure you have the latest video card drivers.
That's always a good place to start.
many crashing problems occur because of openGL.
Were you trying a 3D view by any chance when it crashed?
Were you doing anything in particular that caused the crash?

Barry, thanks for your quick reply. I just got the IT staff in my office to look after it. After he loaded an exe file, called '169.21_forceware_winxp_32bit_english_whql.exe', the crashing stopped. Hopefully, its gone forever. Fingercrossing...

hey guys...yeah unfortunately we haven't got a tech department, but i am having the same problem. i was working on archicad last night, doing mostly 3D drawing, no problem there, shut the computer down last night, and now everytime i open up archicad it shuts down right away, even before i am prompted to open or browse for a new project. It just wont load! AHH!!!
