i moved my whole drive over from a PowerPC Mac to a Mactel. I am trying to upgrade my version of AC from 815 to the current version. But the file which I download says that it cannot run the update on my hardware?

Where do I go from here?

Reinstall AC10 from disk? Is there a Mactel version on the AC site I can download?

I am sooo confused as to what is happening. Any butt kicking would be appreciated.

Try to install and update it on an earlier Mac and then copy the contents of the ArchiCAD folder to your new Machine.
Just an idea, I don't know if it will work but in theory it could.

Getting it from someone who does have it?
Getting someone to do it on his/her computer and send the zipped result to you?

Terrence:

There is a MacIntel version for ArchiCAD 10, see this ArchiCADWiki article:
Archicad 10MacTel version

The page to download it at:
Archicad 10 Mactel Available
