topic Not able to plot to HP 350C in Installation & update

<T>I recently moved my office and when I hook up the network again I could not plot to my HP 350c Designjet. I am using the same configuration and network as before but when I send the plot nothing happens. I have checked and the plotter shows up under the list of available printers. I get a message "unable to connect to printer". I can see the plotter and the lights on the hub and JetDirect are indicating that the cables are connected properly.

To check the cable from the JetDirect to the plotter I did a test plot from the JetDirect and the IP is 192.168.1.55. I did get a note on the printout that said 'unable to sense NET number'.

Like I said, the set up is the same as before so I am not sure what is happening.</T>
