CAN'T OPEN ANOTHER INSTANCE OF AC13 WITH OS 10.7.2 (LION)

I can't open another instance of AC13 using OS 10.7.2,
another instance starts opening then stucks.

does anybody have the same problem ?

Just installed 10.7.3, you show as 10.7.2.
No problem in opening a 2nd instance.
Try after you update.

its happening for me. I am on Lion 10.7.3 and I get a freeze when starting a new instance.
The work around is to launch a new instance using the default template and open the job from there.

I also installed 10.7.3 update, same problem continues.

No problem testing here with 10.7.3

I'm starting the new instance via File > New or File > Open with the checkbox to launch another instance.

Maybe your preference files are corrupted? Check the Wiki article on how to clear them out?
