<R>Hello. I decided to start a project, and first i made the mesh . Then i started to create the building in a separate project. Meanwhile i changed my mind and i wanted to work having the mesh and the building in one project... I do not know how to do this except copying the mesh and paste it in the project with the building. So i made it this way and the baesment is flooded with grass now as in this image http://img97.imageshack.us/i/meshe.jpg/
is it possible to make in such way to have the mesh cropped in the depth where it mets the foundation of the building? or i have to change the mesh's altitude points after the contour of the foundation manually (wich would be very hard for me couse i have a landsloped terrain). Or is there another way to place a building on a separate mesh project?
Thank you</R>

Take a look at the online tutorials here. Also do a search about sites here in this forum, it has been discussed often.

The site can be hotlinked into the building file and vice versa. With Solid Element Operations (SEO) you can trim the site with the building to achieve what you describe.
