lost file on crash

AAhhhhhh ergent help required
My system just crashed while i was using archicad, but when i reloaded, it went straight to a blank file (skipped the load from previous file worked on)
So my file is saved in auto save folder - is there a way to import the file manually to open again ??
Please Help
