Does each hotfix pick up program corrections done in previous hotfixes?

I am currently on AC17 build 3013 (Hotfix 1 installed). Haven't been using 17 for a while and just got notification of Hotfix 4. Can I skip hotfixes 2 and 3, or do they need to be installed before H4?

Generally they are cumulative, but read this.

By cumulative, I take it you have to load them all in sequence?

Sorry, the hyperlink is fixed now. No generally you only need to load the last one.

Think also of when ArchiCAD checks for updates, it can only really send you to one hotfix.
