AC 11 license renewal?

working on borrowed key, AC11.0.0
macbook pro17, 2.16Ghz. macos 10.6.3
cant access program although app says it is open.

what am i missing? does this license expire?

No, commercial licenses never expire. But, you are running Snow Leopard on your machine, which requires a different WIBU key driver than was shipped (years ago) with 11.

Quit AC, unplug the key, download and find and install the correct new driver here:
