    <description>Try the "Append Paper Space(s) to Layout book" and verify that the information is there. It is possible that the data is only in "Paper Space" and that the "Model Space" is empty.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
You might check that the layers are not turned off.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
It is also possible that the DWG needs an Xref that you don't have and therefore it is empty.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Do a google search for eDrawing which is a FREE DWG viewer to open the file before importing it into AC.</description>

&lt;BR /&gt;
I'm having trouble importing .dwg's. This is what i m doing.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
File - File Special - Merge - Pick the dwg - Tick "Merge content of Model space.... - The i click to place the item.....BUT NOTHING! theres nothing where i click.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Am i missing a step or something???&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;

I have downloaded eDrawing, do i need to open the dwg in edrawing and save it as another file type then try to import it?&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>No, edrawing is to determine which option you will use, either model or append Paper Space.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
By the way did you try to zoom out after placing the drawing?</description>
