Archicad 15 Educational Problems Downloading. Please HELP!

Hello,

I am having trouble installing the Archicad 15 Educational 32bit version to my laptop.
When ever I run the downloaded file it comes up with a message saying "The
installer package is incomplete or damaged. If you downloaded it from the
Internet, please download it again." I have downloaded it again and again
and whenever I run the file it comes up with the same message. I have
checked all the system requirements and my laptop is compatible. I've tried downloading it on different browsers such as google chrome, mozila firefox, and windows explorer, but still nothing seems to work!

Please Help I desperately need this software in order to complete my course at university!
