Hi,

I recently downloaded ArchiCAD 13 again (my laptop's hard drive died so I lost all my programs, it used to work fine no problems) and now each time I install it and start it up it comes up with a message saying "ArchiCAD 13.0.0 component has stopped working" and it will crash and not open. Can you please provide some assistance with this matter.

Mac or Windows?
What hardware?
Demo, Student or Commercial?
What happened to your install disk?

I'm getting the same message in r13.0.0 and the program crashes. I uninstalled and reinstalled from my disc and same result. I also get this message (twice, actually) when opening r15, but r15 opens if I just Cancel through the messages.
Guidance?
