I have a 27" iMac with 4 gigs of ram. I would like to upgrade to at least 8. Can anyone recommend where to purchase? I think Apple prices are at least double.

Stephen, I have purchased memory for both my iMacs from Crucial. They are both running well and never have had an issue. Their prices are not too bad either. Dont know if this matters or not but got the advice to buy from Crucial memory from a friend of mine that works at Apple's HQ.

Thanks-just ordered 8gb from Crucial. Much cheaper than Apple!
