help why AC 12 crashes on opening color picker...

In materials settings dialogue box, whenever I try to change the colour in colour palettes it stacks and even force ArchiCAD not to respond. I can't do anything unless close AC. What is the problem?
-AC is working well other than this,are there uninstalled components in my AC12 installation?

if you post what machine and OS you're using and if your v12 is fully up-to date, someone may be able to help you.

MY MACHINE HAS GOT:

MS Windows Xp professional
Service Pack 2,version 2007-2008
Intel(R)4 CPU 1.7GHZ, 1.25GB OF RAM.

ARCHICAD 12
2156 INT FULL FOR TEAMWORK

You should contact your local Graphisoft technical support perhaps?
