You don't need to reinstall AC to change the protection key drivers - WIBUkey or Codemeter - just uninstall the CM driver (apparently installed on your system) and install the WIBUkey driver.

Download the current driver here:
http://www.graphisoft.com/downloads/protection_key.html

It's also possible that your key is corrupt or damaged. If you go to the upgrade.graphisoft.com site (which requires some java security temporary changes) - or use the stand-alone key upgrade tool from here:
http://www.graphisoft.com/downloads/licensing/
...you can see if the content (licenses) on your key are properly read. If they do not show up--- your key has gone bad and you have to contact your reseller for a replacement.

In another thread (I deleted the duplicate post as this one is your primary issue) - you indicated that your key would not upgrade. Similarly... if the license activation app from the link above does not show your key as upgraded, or will not upgrade it to 17... then the master database does not have your key registered as having paid for the upgrade. If that is incorrect, either a bad key, human error, or something else... all requiring contact with your reseller.

<T>Hi,

All of sudden Archicad does not find Wibukey. It displays error CodeMeter: 230. That's strange to me because I'm using is Wibukey.

I did reinstall archicad with wibukey and still same error.

regards,
Vladac</T>
