Does anyone know if archicad 12 would benifit from graphics in SLI mode

SLI graphics are probably a bit overkill for ArchiCAD, and there is no guaranty they would work stably either. If you have the option you would do better spending the money on faster and larger numbers of processors. They are generally the slowest part of the system and AC12 will make use of as many as you can throw at it.
