Cannot view VR Object on Vista 64bit Machine

Hi all,

We've purchased some new PC's that are 64bit and run on Vista.

VR Objects that run fine on our old XP machines come up with the following message when we try to open them on our new PC's:

Error -108: an unknown error has occurred.

I've been told this is because Quicktime is not 100% compatible with 64bit Microsoft operating systems.

Can anybody confirm this is the case? And more importantly provide any solutions?

Hi,Read this http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=303879 so I assume it is the same for 64bit vista. Apple told me they have not made a 64bit version of Quicktime but intend to. So we just have to wait.
