Cannot update BIM server 15

Hello,

I have BIM server 14(4204) and 15(3267) on the same server.
When i try to update v15 to 3602(hotfix #2) The BIM manager gets updated but not the BIM server. No error occurs.

If i try to reinstall BIM server 15, it says that the module 14 build 4204 is not compatible.

Do i have to remove BIM server 14? It´s a lot of work...

I have a guess what can cause your install problem.

Hi Edcad,

we suspect, this is a Java problem, but there are more steps you should follow.
We have already forwarded the possible solution to the Portugal distributor, they can give you the detailed answer.
