Missing 3d Projection Settings

Anyone have this problem? When I go to View > 3D View Mode > 3d Projection Settings, no window comes up. The other windows and toolbars grey-out as though there should be a window there, but then I can't do anything till I hit Escape.

The window might be off screen, you could try a different Work Environment to see if that will make it visible.

Thanks. Don't know what happened, but after I merged another file it started appearing again.
