downloaded bpth collaboration packages 1 and 2 ...and having problem with the archicad movie player for COL-06.pln
Tried relaunch and doesn't work.
please help.

when i got problem with my movies player ... i normally used another player ...in this case KMplayer is the best ... it's free download it and test it !

i have no problem opening quicktime outside of archicad but just curious as to why it is not working within the Archicad/Help/Archicad Movie Player for Chapter 6 ? I have no problem opening it in Chapter 01-05 within Archicad environment. I've downloaded the hotfix and rebooted and still the relaunch can't work!

I would suggest that you report this problem to your local reseller.

I had a similar problem: I could not open the files belonging to Chapter 07 even outside of ArchiCAD. I don't know the cause, but it is strange.
Just to let you know you are not the only one with this problem.
