Based on my observations, it seems like Archicad is making use of all the cores on some operations (3D &amp; other regeneration) and only 1 cores for other operations. So it seems like going to 8 cores would be a big speed boost over 4. Another post mentioned that Nvidia supports archicad with their new drivers.
