AC 11 , i can not save any projects!! need help plz !!

Hi, i m working on Archicad_v11.

My problem is : well , i can't save any projects,
let me explain.
So as i said, i started working on a new project and when I tried to save a file. well i can not! There is an error, a bug and the programme don't work anymore. Archicad close the file, there is only a bug report.
I need your assistance please! I can't work, save.

Hi,

Your post is over a month old, do you still have the problem?

If yes, then post what hotfix number you have updated your AC-11 to, tell us which operating system you are using and your hardware configuration.
Also, when it freezes, what have you done just prior to save? For example, can you open a new file, draw a simple wall, and then immediately save that file?
