I think it would be best to reset your Work Environment.
Go to Options/Work Environment/ Work Environment Profiles

Then choose the Standard Profile and apply the scheme.

<T>A new user has someone pushed the pet palette beyond the limits of the Apple's screen edge.

I know I can adjust the pet palettes "JUMP TO CURSOR" settings but how do I get it back to "FIXED POSITION"??</T>

I have done just that as well....I'm sorry I did not mention that attempt earlier in my description.

When I reset my work environment......that pet palette flies off to the spot it is shown on the diagram and I can not seem to grab it to move it back to a different FIXED location on my screen.

I'm almost tempted to simply UNINSTALL AC14 and reinstall it just to get that darn pet palette to work right with the "FIXED LOCATION" option....it only works with the "JUMP TO CURSOR" option.

In Windows there is REGEDIT to edit the registry.
I know there is something similar on the Mac but I can't help you with what it is.

In the registry is an entry for the pet palette and in there is an entry for its preferred position.
The numbers make no sense to me but resetting this to 0 (zero) and then restarting Archicad you should find the palette neatly tucked into the top left corner.

I am guessing the same would work on a Mac.
If you can you could hook up a second monitor and move the desktop space to show the other side of the pet pallet.

Rob, I use MondoMouse
when things like this occur.
It may fix your problem.
