ArchiCAD crash on save and open and print pdf

Hi,

I've reformatted my computer and re-installed AC14.

I have never had any problems with installing AC14 before yet this time it crashes every time I click save as, save, or open.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled and tried repair too but none of these solve the problem.

I seem to be able to use AC14 as before other than those 3 options (which are vital of course!)

The weird thing is I can open previously saved files before the format yet when I try and save those files then again it crashes.

Too me it feels like ArchiCAD will not 'communicate' with my laptop yet my laptop will communicate with it...

Any suggestions?
