I prefer Dwight's explanation, but that tab is actually for the MEP attributes.&lt;BR /&gt;

No, I have zero idea how that icon relates to MEP at all, or which of blue, red or yellow is M, E or P ... maybe in Hungarian. &lt;E&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":winking_face:"&gt;😉&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/E&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;T&gt;Does anyone know what this attribute is in version 13 (latest build).&lt;BR /&gt;
Usually it is just grey in the attribute manager and it doesn't do anything if you click on it.&lt;BR /&gt;
No mention of anything in help either that I can see.&lt;BR /&gt;
Just curious.&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>If you have the MEP addon then you will see the attributes as shown.  &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
The colored blobs of the MEP tab symbol look a lot like the continents on the Cities tab to the left.</description>
