    <description>Thanks for the suggestion, but the camera/model selection didn't work either and (for the benefit of any others reading this post) here's why: I just discovered that another team member had set up a cutting plane that was eclipsing my entire model. By deleting this cutting plane and turning off "show cutaway", my model reappeared in the 3d view.</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;T&gt;I have been building an archicad model over the past week and suddenly cannot view my work in any 3d window. All view settings (perspective, axonometric, saved cameras) return a blank screen. I have tried the "fit to window" and "zoom extents" buttons, also have tried selecting/marquee box and then "show in 3D" command. Nothing generates. &lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>Yup.&lt;BR /&gt;
Place a camera [using the camera tool] in the scene aimed right at the model.&lt;BR /&gt;
Select the camera in plan.&lt;BR /&gt;
AND&lt;BR /&gt;
Select the model elements.&lt;BR /&gt;
THEN try the 3D view.</description>
