    <description>No, it just means that your 14 licenses are being replaced with 15 licenses.  Any license allows running all versions prior to that version, so nothing is being disabled. &lt;E&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":winking_face:"&gt;😉&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/E&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>I checked the trouble shooting wiki and believe I've followed all instructions; updating Java, the wibu driver and using MS Explorer,(whereas I normally use Firefox), but still no go.&lt;BR /&gt;
(AC 14 continues to work with the keyplug so I did not mess it up).</description>

      <description>OK, this is what I found out.&lt;BR /&gt;
First; if your running the latest Explorer, you have to run it in "Compatability" mode to get to keyplug upgrade area.&lt;BR /&gt;
But wait, there is more.&lt;BR /&gt;
Now it implies that if I upgrade to 15, 14 will be disabled, or so it seems.&lt;BR /&gt;

Don't remember seeing this kind of update message before and yes all the other times I've upgraded the key has worked for all previous versions.&lt;BR /&gt;
I do think it's a poor choice of words though.&lt;BR /&gt;
