Thank you Graphisoft - problem solved.
<S></S>Apparently Windows Indexing was switched on on that PC and it was interrupting the installation. Thought it worth noting for anyone else experiencing such issues.<E></E>

We have a Win7 Ultimate (64 bit) workstation that works just fine with all versions of AC up to this hotfix.
Upon install AC will not run.
Ideas anyone? GS suggestions have not helped...as yet...so in desperation we turn to the users!

Any seen an error like the one below? It keeps appearing on the two worstations that are currently running AC14. Both workstations have Hotfix 3477 running as does the BIM server.

The funny thing is that AC opens normally and we are able to work on the Teamwork project as normal.

Yes, the Hotfix has been loaded on the BIM server & each of the PC's working on the TeamWork Project. Is there anything else I've forgotten to do?

IF the modules have not been opened in the new build, the pln files which are open in the new build can't see them.

The reference to the modules could refer to the BIM server or the BIM server Manager which also need to be updated by the hotfix. Run the hotfix again to rectify this.

Alternatively I originally thought it referred to modules as in .mod files that you might be using in your projects. They have to be opened in the updated AC before the main file can recognize them.
