Sony display 21" CPD-G500 Trinitron Multiscan

I would like to re-use my long forgotten Sony display in combination with WIN XP.
Once formatted the VGA display controller needs specific drivers. No luck, I lost the diskette

Is there any ArchiCAD user with the same hardware that could provide / upload the needed INF file?
Sony IT department isn't helpful anyway.

The one listed on Sonys US site is only for Windows 95, but might be useful -

Or Sony Europe offers one, but doesn't tell you what OS it supports -

The Windows 95 driver was the one I've found before asking. No succes.
