I am tying to install the latest update on V13 but when downloading I am only given the option to 'save' the file - no option to 'run'- windows does not recognise the pf extension.What is the best procedure to update

Hi Michael,

I'm not quite sure what has happened to your download, but it should be a file ending in ".exe". Try downloading again, and save the file to your desktop before trying to install it.

thanks Peter,

I assumed GS had made some changes for V13 updatng as I have never had any problems updating previously. I'll download the hotfix again and hopefully all will run OK
