Mesh to Roof Add-On not showing up

Hello,

Please help with the following:
I can not get the mesh to roof add-on to show up in any palette or toolbar.

I have:
1) Used the add-on manager to make sure it is loaded.
2) made sure the file is located in the ..\Archicad12\add-ons\extras\mesh to roof.apx,
3) tried relocating to ..\Archicad12\add-ons\goodies\mesh to roof tool\add-on\mesh to roof.apx,
4) unchecked the "Use designated Add-ons Folder:" box in the Add-on manager and pointed to the file in Step 3 above.
5) Searched for the add-on while the mesh was selected in plan view and while the mesh was not selected in plan - no menu or sub-menu contained the mesh to roof tool.
6) Info: the file I downloaded is "mesh to Roof.apx, 27 Kb, 5/19/2009"

There was one available for AC12

(ignore the russian folder it may come in)

but none for 13 that I can find.

In the help menu choose "Archicad 13 downloads".
This will take you to the correct web page for your version of the software.
Mesh to roof is part of the goodies for the AUS version so I assume it will be there for USA and INT and others as well.

I just had a look and it is there in the USA downloads.
How ever I see the USA downloads is lacking the Profiler and RAL colour system add-ons.
The INT downloads have both of these.
The AUS is missing the RAL add-on as well (probably not important) but I did download it some time ago so it must have been there.

The curious thing is when I check the properties of the add-ons I have they are all INT version anyway.
And they are working perfectly fine on my AUS software.

So did I download the wrong versions?
I don't think so as I just followed the links.
So something has changed since I downloaded - but there were no notifications and the date the web page was last modified was before I downloaded.
Which means it really doesn't matter which add-ons you get - at least for English language versions.

So why does GS complicate it with all the different English language versions?
Other languages I can understand the need for different addons but they should all be the same just in another language.

What with this and differences in the libraries it makes you wonder what you are missing.
Unless you do a bit of snooping and download everything you can get your hands on you just don't know.
