AC13 x64 and objects preview thumbnail in Windows Explorer

Why on Windows x64 the object preview thumbnail is not shown in Windows Explorer??
This is so important to browse when you have so many objects!
Strange nobody complains about it...
Any idea?

This was talked about recently. As far as I'm aware, this continues to be an issue on 64-bit systems.

I have Windows 7 64Bit and ArchiCAD 13.
First I could not see the previews, but Then I changed in the Windows Explorer the following setting: "Always show Symbols instead of miniature previews".
You have to uncheck the box.
Note, that the text was my translation from my german Windows version, not the originally Windows text.
After unchecking the box, the preview could be seen of most objects.
A bit odd, but not all previews in the same folder are shown, although every object has its preview.

I also have a 64bit processor. But on my PC I'm able to see thumbnails on objects I have downloaded. But on the objects I make myself I'm not able to see the preview-picture as a thumbnail i Windows Explorer. I wonder what is the difference between my objects and the other objects? The size of my pictures is 128 x 128

As mentioned by others, I too can see only some previews and not the others. However, there seems to be no discernible pattern of version or platform on which the object was created.

As in Anne's case, none of the objects I have created show their preview correctly anymore (they used to when I was on Win32).

And no word from GS on this so far.

I run version 12 of ArchiCAD. Maybe it is corrected in later versions?

Windows version? ArchiCAD version? You should add this and basic hardware specs to your signature (in your user profile).
