Archicad very slow for both Archicad 11 and 12

i used archicad 11 on this computer before one year ago, perfect. however, i switch to sketchup and vary for a few months. when i get back to use this software, the software becomes very very slow. (3 min to start the programe, after get into the programe, it also very slow). but when i run other big programes like ps or 3dmax, there is no lag at all. why?

nope, the educational version, the only suspicious point i noticed is that even during the installation, the time of registration takes very long~~
