Mac performance question.

My current Mac Mini has a single core 1.5 GHz processor.

If I I get a new one w/ a 2.0 dual core processor will I notice much difference in how fast my renders get finished?

WOW. You run AC on a Mini? I think you'll be presently surprised. And a good bit poorer.

I think you would see a bigger speed difference if you upgraded to AC12. AC12 takes advantage of multicore processors.

i'm put worse.I use archicad 11 on G4 - owc 1,3 ghz- 2 gb sdram and ati radeon 9000 pro with 64 mb ram. I hope change computer next winter . davide
