    <description>Be sure you let your AC reseller know that you are having problems. Have you tried plugging the WIBU into another USB port to see if it works to rule-out your USB to not be the problem?</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV class="actalk-migrated-content"&gt;&lt;R&gt;i have been using AC 13 64bit for a while on my new workstation and sent the older 2 pcs for re-instalation and maintanance and when my old notebook came back i wanted install AC10 32bit to it and it happened , no problems but as soon as i pluged back my wibu key to the workstation the AC 13 didnt want to work it starts and stays on the first page and says not responding  &lt;IMG src="https://community.graphisoft.com/legacyfs/online/emojis/icon_confused.gif" style="display : inline;" /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;
is there any 911 phone for that kind emergency situtations im stucked really bad&lt;/R&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>Did you have the key plugged in when you installed the program? The read me file warns against this, but I don't know the possible harm. Maybe a reinstall of the Wibu drivers would help.</description>

      <description>yes everything is working and all kind of reinstalations didnt work , the only thing which fixed the problem was : go to C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Graphisoft and delete the all the files</description>
