can write output file I/O error

hi

I have just tried out my archicad 15 file to navisworks 2012 but each time, it gives me an error (can not write output file I/O error) how I can fix this problem.
is it bug?
anyway to get rid of this error......

What file format? As far as I know the Navis export add-on only works up to AC13

I have seen the error you mention when trying to overwrite a file that Navis has open but that was a long time ago and I thought it was no longer a problem.

I just want to import an archicad 15 file into navisworks 2012. (.nwc format)

Navisworks has recently realeased a new exporter add-on for archicad 14 and 15....
so it seems that
(can not write output file I/O error) problem still goes on.

It is nice that they update these exporters in the name of cross-platform cooperation.

Maybe you should contact both these guys and GS about this issue. I am not sure whose side needs to do something about it.
