First it told me that I had to close AC first. It wasn't running so I checked the processes in task manager and sure enough archicad.exe was there. <BR /> <BR /> I ended the process and the hotfix installed. Restarted but no improvement. Each time I try to start AC, the process shows up but it the program doesn't actually run.
