Archicad 7.0 new install on a new PC

I have bought a new PC with Microsoft Windows XP and installed Archicad 7.0 on this new PC.

I didn't succeed doing it! Everytime i open Archicad it gives me the bug report tool. I have administrator rights.

i have the WIBU-kEY perfectly installed.

What can I do?

Advice: upgrade. 7 was 7 years ago. See http://www.archicadwiki.com/ArchiCAD%20versions

Wait. Don't be a fool and ugrade!!
Archicad 12 is so advanced it draws buildings all by itself and you could be out of work as a result.
