Hi,

Sadly my 13 crashes about once a day, sometimes repeatedly. AC-12 is still fine. Anyone else find that v13 is not rock hard stable?

New. Only file in 13 so far, but more coming (finally).
I notice it usually happens when I accidentally use the Enter key when I think I'm using the Shift key, but not always.

Just knowing its not ordinary means I'll reinstall after client meeting tomorrow.

Try the forward merge trick first. Merge in the AC 13 template file. Sometimes that fixes whatever is wrong.
Although a clean reinstall at this early stage might be better.
Don't forget to remove your USB dongle first.

I am having AC crash frequently - sometimes 4 or 5 times a day. I have gotten into the habit of hitting the save button every few minutes so I never lose much work but it is driving me up the wall. It is only in the last week or so that it has started happening and it often seems to happen when I fail to wait until a process has finished before starting the next command. Sometimes it even fails to create a recover file when crashing. I never had this sort of instability with 12. I am running In7 64bit. Is there some sort of 64 bit issue?

I've had the same problem carried over from AC12 to 13 - with new AC13 files. The symptom I have is that it crashes whenever I move our of a drawing window (plan, elevation, or detail) into a layout window by clicking on the layout window instead of using the navigator.

I have repeatedly reported this bug, with description, using bug reporter but I don't know if Graphisoft is working on it. Anybody else notice this one or is it possibly machine specific?

AC13 - PC version - Dell Precision 670
